Mike Huckabee served as governor of Arkansas from 1996 to 2007. He was born in Hope, Ark., in 1955. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University near Little Rock. He has worked as a Baptist minister. He and his wife Janet McCain have three chilren. He withdrew from the presidential race on March 4, 2008.
